Eating a 2:1 keto diet (~300g fat) spiked my LDL to 270ish. Adding back more protein, fibrous carbs, MCT, and BHB (KetoStart) allowed me to maintain same ketone levels. Showing two examples of typical meals, but some meals are still purely just meat, eggs or fish. This modest change plus adding more steps (10-20k/day) caused significant changes in blood biomarkers, blood pressure, and slight improvement in body composition (Jan 2022 to 2024). Ezetimibe appears to move things in the right direction for now.
